Week of Mar 02, 2016
Many of you have been introduced to the new PSIs, and one may even be
yours! The role PSI has evolved over the years, and we wanted to write and
let everyone know more about what your PSI can do for you.
While every *team* does not necessarily have a PSI, *every BI* now does and
every team has a designated call out person! Believe it. Confused? Keep
reading…
Included in the attachments are 2 documents. The first is called “PSI
Support and Call Out Person.”
In the first column you will find your name. In the second you will see the
client number or numbers for the programs in which you work. The third
column will tell you who your PSI Support is. Every BI has a PSI Support.
Your PSI Support will be your first resource for questions you may have
about SD policies and Procedures. You will still refer to your ABC or BA
about specific client/program questions or implementation of the BSP. In
the fourth column, you will see your Call Out Person. Note that while your
individual PSI Support stays the same, the person you call out to may
differ from program to program. This information is all in the “PSI Support
and Call Out Person” sheet
AND(!)
in the second attachment titled “Who To Call When Using ETO”
which breaks it down by team. Your call out person may
be a PSI or ABC. They will send each of you an email detailing the call out
procedure for each client’s program. Note that since different programs
start at different times, the amount of notice a call out person will need
when you request ETO may differ from program to program, so pay close
attention to the directions outlined in the call out procedure from your
PSI/ABC.

Hello, SD Yogis!
The grand-experiment with our yoga membership continues in March! This
newest model is a hybrid (Ooooh, ahhhh). See below!
*Open/Corporate membership is back!*
Head on over to Sangha in downtown Burlington any time you want (when they
are open, of course) and mention you are with SD Associates. That’s it.
Enjoy!
*Private classes are still on!*
Only change here is they will take place every-other Tuesday at 6:45pm. The
dates are 3.15 and 3.29.
That’s it. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best wishes and hope to see you there,
Derek
